There is no such thing as NO RISK. Many unseen factors may come into play; extreme weather, volatile oil prices, mechanical break downs, etc. Direct Participation Programs are offered to ‘accredited investors’.

- What is my investment money used for?
The investment money provides the investor with newly drilled and completed wells, in ratio to the percentage of their investment to the drilling program.
- How will the investor know the amount of the oil being produced?
The investor will be provided weekly oil production reports.
- How does the investor receive his funds and how often?
The investor will receive a monthly check from the ‘lifted oil’, which runs 30-60 days from the end of that respective month, along with a statement of explanation.
- How is the investors return estimated?
The investors return is an estimate determined using the Geological Report from a Petroleum Geologist.
- How does the investor take the tax deduction?
The investor will be provided a statement after the respective year, to be used for their tax filing.
